Wednesday 14th March 9:30am – 3:30pm, Willow Weaving – Dave Knowles from the Forest Of Mercia CIC is well known for his woodland crafts. He’ll be helping us to fashion small plant wigwam and sweet pea baskets from willow (or maybe birch if we do some heathland management before then). The venue is Beaudesert Park Farm and will be a full day including refreshments and lunch. Spaces are limited to 10 people and are offered on a first come first served basis  Cost will be £10 to help towards the cost of lunch and materials. Brocton Camp – the bit we haven’t looked at before. Meet at Coppice Hill Car Park. We’ve found some more remnants of Brocton Camp following the LiDAR survey conducted recently.


Please wear suitable footwear and clothing, for this March event. Contact cannockchase@staffordshire.gov.uk to book a free place.
