Cannock Chase AONB Management Plan 2014-19 has been published in its final version.
It marks the culmination of all Partners' efforts to review our work in conserving and enhancing the AONB to date and moves forward our ambition for this special place into the future.
Of particular note in this publication are the illustrations. Our flagship volunteer project for fixed point photography reaches its tenth anniversary this year and we will be celebrating their work later in the year. Last year all our volunteers added to their tasks by capturing the AONB in images for this publication. We think that everyone will be delighted with the results. Every last image has been provided by our stalwart volunteers, thanks to all of them.
The next five years promise some very challenging times and we will need to continue to innovate in the way in which we tackle delivering the Management Plan. We look forward to working with our Partners and our community in the key task of ensuring that the AONB retains its character and thrives.
