Come and join in a two hour walk led by Phil Armshaw, Cannock Chase District Council Countryside Officer. The walk will look at heathland management, ground nesting birds, nutrient enrichment and stock grazing around Hednesford Hills. We hope you and your canine friends can join us. Farm Walk

Run by the Cope family for four generations, the farm is a mixed landscape of historical parkland, woodland and arable fields. Remnants of an 11th century deer enclosure and also medieval ridge & furrow are still evident. The walk will last around 2 hours and will end with a local produce lunch in the new classroom.
