Fixed point photography volunteers

What is this role?

This volunteer role helps to monitor changes in the character and condition of the landscape of the National Landscape by taking photographs at specific viewpoints on the Chase, twice a year.

It is a vital monitoring tool to understand any changes and inform the need for management interventions. In 2004 the Partnership identified 50 locations with a further 6 locations added in 2005.

What equipment and training do I require?

Equipment required: Camera and tripod
Training sessions are organised as and when required.
